Follow the instructions in the app. It takes a few seconds for the lock to open. In older app versions, the ride time runs before the bike is off the lock. If so, remove the bike from the lock.
If necessary, check if there is an update for the Arriva Deelfiets app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
