Shared transportation If you give us permission for direct debit and pay € 0.01 you will see this debit almost immediately on your bank statement. For the debit of the costs of your shared transport trips, it takes about 3 to 4 days before you see it on your bank statement. This is due to the processing times of the different banks.
If something goes wrong with a payment, you will receive an e-mail reminder from us, so that you can still pay for your trip using iDEAL, for example.
