Did you forget to check out? Then you still have 6 hours after checking in to check out at an NS post or gate, but make sure you do so on the check-out side of the gate. If you do not manage to check out in time, you can easily request a refund for unchecked rides on bus, train, streetcar or metro via the website uitcheckgemist.nl. After entering your card details, you can correct your trip, and the carrier will make a correction. This correction also becomes visible in your glimble portal and you can do this up to three times per six months. Note! It can sometimes take a while before a trip is visible. In most cases it takes up to 15 days.
