In the glimble app, employees can easily see how high their travel budget is for commuting, business and possibly private travel. Each month the new budget becomes visible.

I don’t use glimble for personal travel. Do I still need to link a payment method to the app?

No. In that case, it is not necessary. You can simply link glimble to your glimble in business account and just use it for business travel. However, please note that to use shared transport, you will need to link a personal payment method to your account. Then if the cost of shared transport exceeds your business travel allowance, the difference can be charged to your payment method.

How do I indicate in the app that I am travelling for business?

Why do I need to authorize the app with €0.01?

What should I do if I forget to check out?

Did you forget to check out? Then you still have 6 hours after checking in to check out at an NS post or gate, but make sure you do so on the check-out side of the gate.
