How do I receive and activate my glimble in business mobility card for use?

You will receive your glimble in business mobility card by mail at the address you provided during registration. After receiving it, you still need to activate the card. You do this in 3 steps.

Step 1: Activate your glimble in business mobility card

You activate your glimble in business mobility card in your personal environment at the portal. If you do not yet have an account, create one first. You do this in the following way:

  • Go to the portal at portal.glimble.nl

  • Click on 'Click here' in the blue text box

  • Enter the e-mail address by which you are known to glimble and click 'confirm'

  • You will receive an e-mail with a password reset link

  • Click on the link in the e-mail

  • Enter your new password twice. In accordance with AVG guidelines, your password must contain a punctuation mark and consist of at least six characters.

After setting a password, activate the card by following these steps:

  • Log in to the at portal.glimble.nl

  • Go to 'My details'

  • Click on the activation button behind 'glimble in business mobility card'

  • Enter the last four digits of your card and click on 'activate'

Your travel products will be ready for you within two hours of activating your card (see step 2 below).

Step 2: Pick up your travel products

The travel products will be ready for you within two hours of activating your card. You then only need to load them onto the card. You do this at a public transport service point. You will find these service points not only at railway stations, but also in supermarkets or bookshops. Click here to find the nearest public transport service point.

How does it work?

  • Hold the glimble in business mobility card in front of the card reader at the public transport service point

  • Click on 'collect order

  • Then hold the card in front of the card reader again

The products are then automatically loaded onto your card.

Tip: Travel products are valid for four months after activation. Pick them up at a public transport service point within that time. They expire after four months, but you can contact us to have them ready again.

Step 3: Activate additional services With glimble in business, you have an and app and possibly a card for almost all forms of mobility. Catching a train, taking a shared car or bike, filling up your tank or electric charging: we have a very wide range of carriers in the Netherlands. Depending on what agreements you have with your employer, additional service are available to you. You can see which additional services these are in your glimble portal under 'my details'.
