The PIN you entered during registration is permanent and cannot be changed. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can easily retrieve it by following these steps:
Log in to your online portal.
Click on "My information.
In the 'My details' screen, you will find an overview of all your products. Under 'Mobility Card' you will see the button 'Request PIN code'.
When you click on the button 'Request pin code', a pop-up appears in which you can request the pin code. Confirm and the pin code will be sent to you by e-mail.
