What should I do if I travel with swipe and want to transfer?

When transferring, you don't have to swipe in again. Not even if you switch to another mode of transport, for example from bus to train. Please note that you can only swipe in with Arriva and with the RE1 and RE9 in Germany.

Wil je voor swipen per reis betalen? Dan betaal je achteraf met je creditcard. Het is helaas niet mogelijk om met iDEAL te betalen. Je kunt vooraf wel een Arriva dagkaart of bundel kopen, deze kun je wel met iDEAL betalen.

Wat gebeurt er als ik vergeet uit te swipen?

Als je vergeet uit te swipen, en je maakt geen gebruik meer van het OV dan krijg je een signaal van de app om alsnog uit te swipen. Vergeet je dit na het signaal alsnog te doen, dan wordt je na een uur uitgeswipet.
