Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund. A train ticket is valid up to 4 am after the day you scheduled your ride for. Your bus ticket becomes valid 15 minutes before the departure of your booked bus ride. Therefore, the QR code will appear in the app 15 minutes before the departure of your bus.
